Jeffrey Beyer is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Technologist. Mr. Beyer brings 29 years of executive leadership experience in the federal information technology industry. Throughout his career Mr. Beyer has created focus and vision within organizations ensuring that business objectives, standards of performance and corporate visions are not only understood, but owned by management and employees. Mr. Beyer has consistently maintained an unwavering commitment to customers and employees. Prior to Technologist, Mr. Beyer held executive leadership positions at several corporations to include: Citizant, Paragon Technology, The Engle Group, Management Systems Designers, and Lockheed Martin Corporation. Mr. Beyer has experience supporting a broad set of departments and agencies to include the Broadcasting Board of Governors, the Internal Revenue Service, the Department of Agriculture, the United States Postal Service, and the Department of Labor. Mr. Beyer attended George Mason University with a major in Psychology.
Saket Havaldar is the President of Technologist. Mr. Havaldar has 20 years of experience in the federal information technology industry, and has a successful track record of building high performing organizations that consistently deliver on their promise to provide excellent service in a collaborative and agile manner. Mr. Havaldar’s hands on experience running an organization allows him to understand what is required to deliver unparalleled performance to customers, and to build cohesive teams within our employee base. Prior to joining Technologist, Mr. Havaldar held executive and key strategic positions at several corporations including Lockheed Martin, Management Systems Designers, CACI, Citizant, and Wyle. Mr. Havaldar has in-depth experience supporting a number of departments and agencies to include the Department of Treasury, NASA, the Department of Justice, the Department of Education, and the Veterans Administration. Mr. Havaldar holds a B.S. Degree in Accounting from Penn State University and a Masters Degree in Finance from American University.

Amy A. Dooley is the founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Technologist. Ms. Dooley has over 20 years of leadership experience in the federal information technology market. Ms. Dooley’s commitment to customers and successfully supporting their missions are paralleled with her commitment to employees. Prior to founding Technologist, Ms. Dooley held executive positions at SRA International and Management System Designers, Inc. (MSD). Ms. Dooley has led all aspects of a business to include operations, strategic planning, finance, talent acquisition and personnel management. Ms. Dooley has supported customers in both the Department of Defense and within civilian agencies. Customers include the Communications-electronics systems and equipment for globally-networked joint war fighting (CECOM), the United States Air Force, the DoD Joint Interoperability Test Command, the Navy Marine Corps Intranet, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the United States Postal Service Office of the Inspector General, the Department of Labor, and the Department of Commerce. Ms. Dooley has a Bachelor of Science in Management.
